My client are a global business based in Tyne and Wear who are looking to add a eCRM and Email Marketing Manager to their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, especially within email. They will also have experience in creating email strategy and provide thought leadership across the channel.

Description
The eCRM and Email Marketing Manager will be reasonable for the full strategy of the email marketing channel. This will involve providing thought leadership on the channel, driving the client journey and working with the broader marketing team to drive sales and brand awareness through this channel.
Profile
The successful eCRM and Email Marketing Manager will have the following skills:
- Strong background in email marketing
- Passionate about the channel and user journey
- Digital Marketing background
- Marketing qualification would be advantageous but not essential
- A thought leader able to champion the email marketing channel
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative but with a strategic, analytical mindset
- Able to work across disciplines and broader marketing function
- Commutable to office in Tyne and Wear
