This office based role, based in Buckinghamshire, will see you take responsibility for an array of accounts including grocery and a UK distributer. In a category experiencing YOY growth, this company are investing in innovation and brand building to drive long-term profitability. Key responsibilities include -

• P&L management driving sales and profitability with Top 5 Grocery retail
• JBP development
• Long term partnership development
• Forecasting and analysis, ensuring ROS
• Identify key opportunities in the market place to develop the brands
• Cross functional working – marketing, supply chain and European partners
• Work closely with E-Commerce team – include E-Commerce on business and innovation reviews
• Data analysis – EPOS data

The ideal candidate will be/hold –

• FMCG, National Accounts experience in Grocery Retail
• P&L responsible
• Passionate about food and being able to bring a story to life
• Proactive and results driven
• Adaptable and flexible
• Strong influencing skills, presentation and communication
• Strong relationship builder, able to build rapport
• Determination and tenacity
