Based in the North West and commutable from both Manchester and Liverpool, this FMCG business have a number of very exciting and world-renowned Brands. Having smashed it last year and set for another record year in 2019, they are now looking for YOU!  Due to the significant growth built on many years of strong foundations, they are now looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager.  This isn’t your usual SNAM opportunity, you need to be able to differentiate yourself and deliver some fantastic campaigns which are all about delighting and surprising…  Are you all about delighting and surprising?

I’m not going to outline the usual scope of a Senior NAM, you know what that broadly looks like so let’s have a chat and discuss what a Senior National Account Manager means to these guys.

What does a successful candidate look like?

  • Degree educated
  • Have a story to tell.  What is it about you?
  • Passionate about food, retail and have a genuine interest in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in FMCG national account management in a Branded FMCG environment
  • Excellent communication skills, cross collaboration, influencing, networking and relationship building – we’re in sales after all!
  • Demonstrates ambition, drive and determination to succeed
  • Detailed and organised
  • Analytical yet creative!
  • Demonstrate initiative
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • And of course… P&L management, JBP negotiations etc.
