We are representing a heritage but forward thinking FMCG business which has strong own label partnerships here in the UK. They are a very well established European Manufacturer that compete in a significant non-food product category that consumer’s love! With significant expertise in relation to NPD, they have a complimentary range of listings and fantastic product pipeline. This is a great time to join as they now investing to develop further, strengthen their customer partnership and increase their profitability.

They are looking for an ambitious individual with own label experience to grow and develop their business. Initially the responsibility is concentrated on one key customer within the discounter channel. You will manage a significant £10Million + P&L, lead the commercial agenda and drive a partnership approach to continue and grow what is already a successful relationship. Following this there will be significant opportunity to be involved in new customer acquisition and additional retailer partnerships.

From an NPD perspective, you will own the process from concept to final design, working in close cooperation with the Project Manager based in Europe.

You are smart, ambitious and determined and MUST have own label FMCG National Account Management experience. Discounter experience/knowledge is also required. Non-food is a strong desirable but we are open to discussing with individuals looking to make a product area change. You are now looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to lead and develop a £Multi-Million National Account as well as seeking out new retail partnerships. You understand how to manage cross functional customer relationships working closely with NPD and your analytical skills are a strength. To stand out you must be able to influence others and achieve results in this competitive and dynamic market.
