Initially a 12-month contract (from March 2019)

This is your opportunity to take your retail career to the next level. Ideally you have at least 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving retail environment. Your hunger and enthusiasm for retail has brought you this far and it is now time to spread your wings and take on a more challenging field role.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and inspiring individual with a strong track record in retail, ideally with some coaching and training experience, to work with retail outlets across the UK.

You will deliver coaching and training both in the live retail environment and across a network of training rooms. This is your chance to really make a difference to retail performance using the skills, experience and achievements you have developed in your career so far to deliver the very best coaching and training on and off-site.

Package: c.£25,000 + Car Allowance + Laptop + Expenses

Territory: UK

What you will be doing?

• Deliver F2F training events and workshops across the UK network of training rooms
• On-site brand engagement sessions to independent retailers and their teams
• On-site training audits to assess training compliance, identify training gaps and build coaching plans to close the training gaps
• On-site coaching sessions to help retail colleagues improve their personal and business performance
• Ensuring your training recommendations are followed-through by retail colleagues to achieve performance objectives
• Helping to promote the coaching and training offer through social and other media
• Managing your itinerary, content preparation and LMS input

What you will need…

• Evidence of your retail experience, achievements and any coaching and/or training experience
• Outstanding interpersonal, organisational, presentation and listening skills
• The ability to communicate at all levels and across all platforms
• Deadline focus and the ability to prioritise
• Microsoft Office literacy
• Full clean UK Driving Licence
• The ability to frequently stay away from home Mon-Fri
