An opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK based food ingredient and functional chemical supplier. They are supplying into small, medium and blue-chip organisations throughout the UK. With their continued growth in excess of 15% year on year and impressive future plans they are now looking for an additional Business Manager to join the team.
This role is reporting into the Head of External Sales. Your main responsibility is to maintain and develop existing accounts and source new opportunities to increase sales. You will be required to present weekly reports, that will include set objectives, to present to the Head of External Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target driven, ambitious sales professional to join a leading UK company during an exciting growth period.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain existing accounts
- Identify new opportunities
- Achieve/Exceed set targets
- Correspond regularly with Head of External sales on business activity
- Submit weekly reports on visits, journey and activity
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
In order to be considered for this role you must have a background of selling direct to food manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing existing business, identifying and winning new business. It is essential you have a driving license and have an excellent level of written and verbal English.
