Category & Shopper Insight Manager - Central London

Working for one of the fastest growing brands in the industry, our client is going from strength to strength and you could have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting products in the sector right now. They have experience hyper growth in recent years and continue to revolutionise the category bringing fresh innovation and brilliant flavouring to the drinks and spirits categories. Due to phenomenal growth, they are looking to strengthen their category and insight team and are looking for an ambitious category and shopper insight manager to support their unpreceded growth.

You will be helping to shape their category voice and vision in the industry and developing the processes for a cross functional and objective category team. You will be working with an array of consumer data, including Kantar, IRI and customer data sets, to help develop successful category sell-in decks for the sales teams. You will also be expected to develop cross functional relationships with strategy, marketing and NPD teams. In the next 12 – 18 months, as you carve out their category vision, you will be expected to take this to market and play a much larger role both in the organisation and externally with customers. This is an excellent category manager opportunity for anyone looking for something slightly different in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
