The role as Business Development Manager has full responsibility of managing the development of sales across the West Midlands & UK wide.

The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities;
  • Sales & account management of all customers within the Midlands region
  • Manage independant opticians, key & national chains across the UK in driving revenue
  • Drive market intelligence and become a integral advisor & market champion
  • Prospect new business opportunities, driving revenue in alignment with company objectives
  • Advise on clinical & technical information, product strategy, market positioning & brand story messaging
  • Be the face of the business at CET Events, driving training session, lunch & learns as well as sales support


The successful Business Development Manager will have the following criteria;
  • Knowledge & experience in a senior territory sales position
  • Ability to prospect, target-orientated & relationship manager
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Proven knowledge within the vision care market and/or pharmaceutical sector
  • Field sales experience
  • Problem solver, strategic think with strong analytic skills

Job Offer

£40,000 - £50,000
