Business Development Exec - Recruitment Advertising - £30-35K + 20K OTE

The Role: The new Business Development Executive will be solely responsible for prospecting new business. Based from an office in Havant, you will target public and private sector SME's. Typically selling to HR managers, business owners and internal recruiters, you will promote a world renowned advertising platform for recruitment needs, supplying content, CV databases and campaigns.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • New business sales experience from any industry
  • Consultative sales process, solution led
  • Confident cold caller, influencer and negotiator
  • Full driving license

Benefits of this Business Development Executive role:
  • Up to £35,000 basic, plus £15,000 - 20,000 commission - paid monthly
