The role as National Account Manager will manage Tesco, an integral part of my client's business, across the Beauty & Personal Care market.

Based in the West Midlands, my client are a leading provider of Beauty & Personal Care products to Grocery, Retail & Online channels UK & Internationally. Through passion, dedication & hard work, they have become a leader in their field and are looking for the right talent to grow their business.


As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following;
  • Delivery of sales and profitability targets through the successful retention, management of the Tesco account
  • Building and the effective execution of Joint Business and Account Development plans in partnership with your customers
  • Ability to drive leading Branded products
  • Be the face of the company with excellent customer focus at all time
  • Drive New Product Development
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Operational teams to ensure strong internal engagement


The successful National Account Manager will have the following role profile;
  • Grocery experience - ideally with Tesco
  • Strong FMCG experience
  • Successful achievements as a NAM/SNAM
  • Ability to drive a high SKU range with flexibility & a consultative approach
  • High energy, passionate & drive to motivate themselves & others
  • West Midlands based
