An exciting time to join this growing business as a Sales Executive; you will have the opportunity to work within a new channel to the company, selling to a portfolio of wholesalers.

Our client is a growing consumer business with exciting plans for expansion. Based in the East Midlands this company has long standing relationships with a variety of accounts across grocery, high street, discounter and export channels. They specialise in personal care with the majority of their product range being own label and a small portfolio of branded products.



Description

The Sales Executive has become a vacancy within the business due to growth, it's a fantastic opportunity for someone who either wants to begin their career in FMCG/Consumer sales, someone with experience in another industry looking for a change of career or even someone in the FMCG/Consumer industry who would like to get in to sales!

The Sales Executive will be responsible for a portfolio of wholesale accounts. You will become an important contact to these customers on a day to day basis and will be an integral team member; this position offers fantastic potential for progression in to key and national account management.

The Sales Executive will be office based in the East Midlands Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.



Profile

Key skills and experience required:
  • Experience in sales; managing or exposure to wholesalers would be highly beneficial
  • FMCG/Consumer experience would be highly desirable although not essential
  • Experience in the healthcare industry would be beneficial
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn, self-motivated and driven attitude
  • Based within a commutable distance to Leicestershire
