Description
As the Commercial Manager you will report into the Account Controller, you will be responsible for managing the Co-op & Waitrose accounts and driving new business across both branded and own label categories. You will be accountable for the management and growth of these accounts in line with the business strategy whilst working closely with the Category Management and Product Development Teams.
Profile
- Experience within FMCG sales ideally within the grocery channel
- Experience of managing Co-op and/or Waitrose would be beneficial, although not essential
- Exposure/experience of managing a P+L
- Commutable to the East Midlands region
- Ability to analyse and proactively solve problems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Mathematically able to apply concepts such as ratios, percentages and margins
- Full UK driving license
