The Opportunity:
This FMCG global brand has an entrepreneurial culture and operates with the drive and ambition of a start-up. With a portfolio of brands that are category leaders their organic growth and internal promotions have led to the need to appoint a dynamic and talented individual to their National Account team.
Reporting to the National Account Controller, you will work with Tesco Convenience, One Stop & Booker. You will develop relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing the trade promotional spend, develop retailer category plans and ensure they integrate with company and sector strategy.
You:
Ideal candidates, of graduate calibre, will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of account management. Ideally with top four multiple experience or convenience and discounters. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential. Self-motivated and ambitious individuals will find their commitment rewarded with fantastic career progression opportunities. You will be able to demonstrate your leadership potential as we require successful people to promote through the business.
