Do you have a successful marketing background from drinks or food business?

Seeking a new challenge with lots of growth potential?!

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing brand who are in the process expanding further.  You will play a key role in defining and delivering the companies’ marketing strategy.

Your role will be to work with the and Sales & Commercial Directors to define the marketing strategy for all distribution and alcohol products. You'll also provide dedicated Marketing support to the distribution team.

The role:

  • Responsible for managing the full marketing mix, including brand development and design, brand partnerships, PR and profile building, content creation, sampling activity and managing the social strategy. 
  • Manage, develop and challenge a team of direct reports and a wider team. 
  • Manage all brand marketing activity.
  • Work closely with digital, commercial and operations team to ensure brand consistency. 
  • Develop and manage the implementation of the annual marketing strategy and quarterly marketing plans. 
  • Key leadership role within the team & senior stakeholder management, so line management experience would be highly beneficial.

You must have experience in a similar marketing role from an FMCG foodservice or drinks business.
