Revenue Growth Manager - Global FMCG Food Brand

My client is a global well recognised brand, a highly focused FMCG business with many vibrant and recognisable brands. Sales have now increased to over 200million a year and they show no sign of slowing down! From their impressive growth, a more in-depth plan on particular brands is required to boost that profitably even further. They're looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to build a 3-year plan so they can tackle the market above their competitors!

The Role:

  • Develop a solid growth plan, the plan to be aligned with the company budgets and objectives.
  • Recommend the promotional mechanics & VOD based on category, competition and market context.
  • Leading the post-promo analysis process along with the commercial team.
  • Own the development of a consistent pricing strategy across the range.
  • Ensure the business has a structured approach to mix management' depending on SKU profitability, retailer margin, brand and own label strategy.
  • Co-develop with FP&A and commercial, transparency around trade terms and investments with trade.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in revenue growth management/MS+P, overall FMCG experience of 5 years +.
  • The successful candidate will have a track record for delivering measurable business growth.
  • Strong commercial skill set, with evidence of the ability to deliver strategies for marketing, category and development programs for Brand and Own Label.
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate data against key indicators, to monitor programs, projects and plans to set targets.
  • Financial awareness and understanding with budget management experience.
  • Package - 50,000- 60,000 - Generous bonus - Car allowance - Generous Holiday!
