The company are an entrepreneurial food manufacturer of premium products with a scottish heritage. They are growing from a current base of circa £1M sales and want to continue their rapid expansion.
The owners are supportive but hands off, this will be the leading senior role in the business so ultimately responsible for sales, marketing, innovation and operations. So the role is essentially a managing director position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a best in class candidate, we need someone who can run a business, be innovative and be the salesperson driving the business into export markets and further UK customers.
The business have a food industry expert consultant on hand to help with strategy, planning and management.
Salary reflects the fact that this is a role someone will grow into is negotiable around the £40k level with exciting potential to build an equity position.
Location needs to be central belt Scotland, Glasgow / Stirling / Falkirk area preferred.
