The Role: Attending 9 meetings per week across the South East, the new Relationship Manager will be largely responsible for managing an existing portfolio of key corporate accounts. Dealing with HR & procurement contacts within businesses employing over 350 people, you will be selling workplace health & wellbeing services, targeted on hitting 95% of client renewals.

The Company: Recruiting due to growth, this £15M turnover business are market leading. They provide innovative health & wellbeing solutions to company employees, focused mainly on mental health, these services are developed to cut costs, achieve lower absence rates, offer medical assessments, referrals & counselling.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Business to business background
  • Account management experience
  • Credible, consultative, confident presenter
  • Driving license

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary, plus £12,000 OTE
