The Role

As a Key Account Manager you will be based in Greater London and have the responsibility of controlling accounts in the retail and education sector. You will be tasked with growing the National Accounts through effective management and making sure you are building strong multi-level relationships with you customers. You will have full budgeting responsibility and be tasked with category review process across various product categories.

Additionally, you will managing all commercial aspects with the customer, so this is the management of a sales budget to meet value, volume and profitability expectations as well as working within a more defined trade spend. Lastly, it you will support all other national sales functions and strategies in around the team and manage all small & medium sized national accounts.

What you need to possess?

You need to be an experienced sales professional preferably within FMCG Retail as it is imperative to this role. Having experience dealing with accounts within the education sector and retail sector is imperative as you will need to know the processes for both type of accounts. Being a high energy and team orientated person is key for this role as well as you will have to bring this to the business in order to succeed. Additionally, you must have JBP experience as it is a vital part of this role due to the collaborative nature of your work.
