Job Description
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a top level Business Development Manager to join the Royal Crown Derby Hospitality Team.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the development and growth of new business; generate and build relationships with new and existing distributers and end users.
The suitable Business Development Manager will have a good knowledge of sales within the hospitality sector, a proven sales record within the industry and will understand the commercial pressures of conducting business through varied distribution channels.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and have an engaging, persuasive and enthusiastic style of communication.
Experience of conflict and distribution management are preferred, but not essential.
The role will require extensive travel.
