Consuma Paper Products are seeking a talented Customer Development Manager to join their commercial team.

Established in 1974, Consuma are a successful UK based manufacturer of high-quality own/private label facial tissue. They are also the producers of the innovative Ora Households Towels, the world's first round shaped household towel.

This role will be based out of the Consuma head office in Grantham, situated in an idyllic setting on a converted farm. You will be critical the on-going success of the business, taking ownership of some of their largest accounts as they embark on an ambitious growth plan.

The ideal candidate for this role will have great grocer account management experience and will be able to demonstrate resilience, strength of character to deal with retailer pressure and manage conflict. You will understand how to build great relationships with data providers and have the ability to develop compelling category selling arguments.
