Do you have experience developing the national accounts for an entrepreneurial FMCG food/drink brand? Want to join a business internationally recognised for their positive social impact? Are you looking for a team with taste for delivering high growth?

We are very excited to be working with a leading manufacturer in the UK of branded superfoods and healthy snacking. Launched into the UK in 2012, they are on mission to share the highest quality natural and organic foods. They have already built strong relationships with UK multiple retailers as well as distributors and retailers across Europe.

An agile team with an ambitious growth plans and innovation pipeline for the next 5 years, they are looking for a National Account Manager to come on board! You will be responsible for delivering strong growth, building collaborative relationships and confidentially negotiating agreements with UK and Ireland national accounts. As they are only a small team you will be expected to be involved in all aspects business so looking for people who aren't afraid to get stuck in!

Key responsibilities

  • Securing new listings with our current retailers and building opportunities with new customers
  • Manage and secure listings with distributors across UK & Ireland to drive sales growth for our retail products
  • Manage the strategy and execution for exhibitions and events for customers, ensuring world class execution and that new and existing ingredients clients are fully engaged in our products.
  • Support innovation development with new ideas from the trade, launch planning and execution in our customers.

Your experience and ability

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in an food/drink SME or start-up.
  • Experience developing national accounts in Grocery or OOH.
  • Confident negotiation, good attention to detail and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset so can identify new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Trade marketing or marketing led experience so can bring a brand to life
  • Willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results
  • A passion for healthy food and joining a brand looking to make a difference!
