The Role: Representing a family run, respected brand within the medical industry, the new Sales Representative will be field based. Covering the Northern Home Counties you will be selling a wide range of surgical tools used in theatre - mainly for orthopaedic use. Dealing with consultants, buyers, theatre managers and morticians, you will manage and upsell within existing accounts.

The Company: A leading European manufacturer of surgical power tools, our client develops cutting edge solutions for the healthcare market. Focusing mainly on orthopaedics and trauma, there product range also includes instruments for neuro and spinal procedures. They are looking for a sales rep with 18 months field sales experience to join their respected brand, you must be degree qualified to be considered for this role.

Your Career: This multimillion turnover manufacturer can offer a structured career path within a very desirable and lucrative industry! On target earnings here are at £50K, with a competitive basic salary, company car and healthcare.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have 18months field sales experience
  • Degree educated
  • Real interest in the medical market
  • Driving license

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • Up to £35,000 basic salary for commercial candidates with no NHS experience
  • Additional £15,000 - 20,000 commission - paid monthly
