Having recently acquired a number of widely distributed brands, this SME has huge growth aspirations. Operating within the personal care sector, they work across a range of products on the high street, grocers and internationally. This office centric business house a close nit team who focus on marketing and exclusive relationships with some of the UK’s biggest retailers. Currently enjoying outstanding growth they have secured substantial investment in order to continue their success internationally.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a highly experienced professional to grow existing distributors and retailers overseas working across their full brand portfolio. It will be their role to secure additional distributors throughout Europe, Asia, USA and Australia. Reporting into the Commercial Director, they will work within a small International team with one direct report. This is a highly strategic and new business led position with great opportunities to open new markets which are currently untouched by the company.

The successful candidate will have experience working with distributors and retailers internationally with a strong network to call upon. Although a background within the personal care sector is not essential, a passion or knowledge of the market is advised. The ability to build relationships quickly in order to secure new markets, as well as a personable nature would be ideal.
