Sales Director - branded food
A branded food manufacturing business seeking a Head of Sales or sales director to manage a team of NAMs and continue to grow and develop their branded food range presence in the major multiples and secondary channels.
So what's exciting about this role, well they are well established and profitable, no turnaround specialist needed here. The MD wants his sales leader to be hands on and out in the field, the incoming person may even choose to manage a couple of accounts personally. They have new brand development happening and this should open exciting new opportunities, particularly in 2nd tier channels and this will be a part of the growth strategy. The team is capable and quite stable but the incoming sales leader will have an additional hire to make in their first 6 months.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a team of NAMS and have strong branded experience in food, experience of major mults and other channels would be very advantageous.
Excellent salary on offer £80-100k basic + car + 15% bonus.
Weekly commutes won't be considered at this time. We need someone who can commute daily to North West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire area ideal.
