We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join our UK Beverages team, with responsibility to drive the communications and go-to market strategies for our exciting and ever evolving hydration portfolio.

As a beverage business, we work closely with Britvic who manufacture, sell and distribute our branded beverage products on our behalf. You'll be responsible for the ATL activity & strategy and will work closely with our partners to ensure best in class commercial activation of our brands.

Our days will very rarely look the same, but you can expect to be involved some incredibly exciting and upcoming projects, including new launches and leading the UK Music Strategy with partnerships in excess of £12million pounds.

  • Develop communications strategies to grow the category and carve out a leadership place for new and upcoming brands
  • Execute the brands in line with guardrails and localising communications and media plans including Digital/Social, Events/Partnerships, Influencer, Out of Home and Integration
  • Develop measurement and optimization plans for 360 communications investment
  • Driving the innovation pipeline and being conduit between global and cross functional teams, bringing the voice of the UK consumer, customer and shopper
  • Partner with commercial team to pull through each brand's creative platform at retail and AFH
  • Partner with our regional marketing to develop the regional music strategy with UK as lead market
  • Implement our music partnership delivering against a yearlong activation programme across festivals and Live music venues

You will bring strong marketing experience, preferably within a comparable FMCG or retail business with previous working experience of large-scale partnerships, innovation, strategy and consumer/customer promotions:

  • Ideal knowledge of franchise beverage business or comparable FMCG business
  • Experience of budgeting, briefing, project management and evaluating marketing projects.
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally and within complex matrix
  • Brand management & full marketing mix management experience especially in brand communication, digital engagement, product / package development and promotions
  • Proactive, self-starter and a team player

You'll need to have a deep understanding and interest in consumer behaviour, be a strong communicator and drive for results.
