Senior National Account Manager | Progressive
Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a large and well regarded fresh food business who are looking to bring in an experienced and effective Senior National Account Manager to manage some of their core, yet high potential business areas. They are looking for someone with a background (ideally) in top 4 retail management, within a fresh produce or chilled food environment. The area that you would cover, has a huge opportunity to grow with the right person directing it.
You will be responsible for managing a key growth area within one of their largest retail customer accounts.
You will be analysing customer data and market trends in order to best guide the customer and to set the most appropriate approach.
You will need to ensure good and effective communication between the company and the customer.
As a Senior NAM, you will be liaising with all of the internal teams to ensure the delivery to customer is as effective as possible.
A few years' experience working in an account management / commercial management role with retailers. Ideally with experience of fresh produce, but definitely must be from within fresh food.
You will need to be able to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and on occasions at varying levels as well.
You will have a proven ability to build good relationships with your Buyers, as this will be core to helping the business with their plans.
