Job Details
As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working with our e-solutions clients to manage and grow and support their business. This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to drive our B2B sales through e-commerce optimisation. You will need to know e-commerce inside out and be able to add value in driving forward the sales strategy of this function.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of existing E solutions online accounts
- Work with e-commerce retail clients to manage their listings
- Produce reports on each accounts sales, fulfilment and credit activity
- Ensure customers have daily inventory automated reports and up to date price books
- Investigate and action customer credit requests
- Ensure customers have up to date images, videos and product descriptions
- Understand customers promotional requirements and structure and work with customer to produce promotions calendar
- Work with various client portals to enhance their product listings and promote new opportunities
- Update customers with gone/discontinued products and suggest alternates
- Introduce new products to customer and obtain additional product listings
- Obtain forecasts from customers where possible and work with supply team to ensure product availability
- Ensure CRM and internal databases are accurately maintained with sales order details;
- Build effective relationships with customers in order to identify appropriate sales opportunities that support their business growth;
- Ensure professional, effective and accurate email and telephone communication at all times;
- Work with internal IT depts to automate digital communications between client and business
- Ensure customer issues are responded to quickly and efficiently and work with relevant departments to ensure satisfactory resolution
Profile
Previous experience of managing online listings
Fluent in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Experience in dealing with e-commerce clients
