A branded FMCG market leader are seeking an experienced interim consultant to support with CAPEX spent on a contract for an initial 6 months.
The business manufacturers a range of household-name branded products. The company has a reputation for product quality and category innovation. The company is going through a transformation program related to Logistics and Contract Management, and the Capital Projects underway will feed into an ongoing investment programme.
This is a contract role, focused on business partnering with key senior stakeholders, managing projects on a rolling basis. The position has been created as a result of an internal secondment, so the groundwork is set and there is a good support system in place.
You will be responsible for making informed suggestions to senior managers, backed up with data and research, drawing upon your significant experience of seven and eight figure Capital Project spend programmes.
The role has some flexibility around time spent working away from home, but is mostly site based.
You will be an experienced Procurement Consultant with a significant amount of experience in Capital Spend/CAPEX. You will be able to demonstrate a sensitivity to senior stakeholder relation management.
Experience of working within the FMCG sector is strongly preferred.
