The Role: The Business Development Manager will be tasked with generating new business for the company. Contacting business owners, managers and MD's, the successful candidate will retain all clients won, supported by a telesales team. Selling to any SME across the northern home counties, you will be home based. Leads will be generated through the internal CRM system and self-generation methods.

The Company: Our client was established just 10 years ago and already makes a turnover of £11M. This company specialises in document management, shredding, hard drive destruction and digital media removal. With plans of further growth and increased investment in the sales team, this business is now looking for a new Business Development Manager to cover the South East and London area.

For this Field Sales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • B2B sales experience
  • Service selling background ideal
  • Hungry, consultative and new business focused individual
  • UK driving license
