The Role: The role of the Sales Manager will be to develop business opportunities across the South East, with your own growth target to work towards, you will also be responsible for managing a team of 3 sales people. Dealing directly with SME's and Mid-Market prospects, your role will be to adopt a highly consultative approach to tailor specific solutions to your clients, helping your team achieve their targets & recruiting 2 new Business Development Consultants.
