Business Development Manager - Employee Benefits
This global market leader are now looking for a bright, outgoing Client Service Manager to manage a successful portfolio of business across the South West.
THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a wide range of employee benefits into SME's and Corporate clients across Scotland. This sales role will be primarily focused on managing an existing portfolio of accounts. You must be comfortable dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers which will include Owners, Finance Directors and HR teams.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role as Client Service Manager you must have previous field sales experience in either a new business/account management role. Our client is keen to speak to those who have experience is selling employee benefits - you should also be an outgoing, dynamic, motivated sales professional>

THE PACKAGE FOR CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
- Bonus £10,000
- £6,000 pa Car allowance
- Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats and full company benefits
