WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Childs Farm are looking for outstanding Grocery, Convenience, Health & Beauty and Pharmacy NAMs and SNAMs to join our busy sales team in Hampshire, and new hub in Yorkshire.
As a challenger brand, our ambition is surprisingly simple; we want everyone to be happy in their skin, even those who have sensitive or skin that may be prone to eczema.
Qualities required from candidates include: confidence, ambition, ability to listen, ability to challenge, innovation, dogged determination, utter team player and being fearless. When they say ‘no’ you hear ‘maybe’, when they say ‘10 will do’, you deliver 100. All done with a smile and a wink.
