The TEA category has diversified hugely over recent years and the future looks very exciting. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced category marketer to join the business at a time when category is playing more of a pivotal role in the overall business strategy.

Role

Working as a Category Manager on the TESCO account this role will be responsible for devising the category strategy to take to the retailer, gaining their buy in and building solid working relationships.

Person

You will be an experienced Category Manager with a background working in an FMCG environment, preferably within a branded business and with at least one of the top 4 grocers. Insight will have played a part in your previous or current role and you will have the ability to turn data in to succinct and compelling actionable recommendations. You will be a natural relationship builder with experience of being customer facing. An ability to influence upwards both internally and externally and think strategically and looking at the bigger category picture are essential. All successful individuals will be passionate and driven with a real ‘can do’ attitude and team working mentality.
