NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
National Account Manager
Up to £50,000 depending on experience plus car allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days holiday
Reporting into the Senior National Account Manager, the National Account Manager will be joining one of the UK’s most dynamic branded confectionery manufacturers, with a turnover of over £85m. Following a restructure there is a requirement for a NAM to join the team to grow the Convenience and RTM customers.
The company manufactures a broad range of branded confectionery. Your role is to help grow the business by increasing sales with the portfolio of existing customers (Bestway, Booker & Nisa), RTM customers in Finland and Ireland, and generating new profitable customer accounts.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Creating and delivering account plans
- Gaining new distribution within key accounts
- Achieving sales targets within spend budget
- Negotiating all commercials and terms when necessary
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sales
- Generating new business

Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a successful track record within FMCG sales, with a proven track record in sales and negotiation, and an ambition to succeed and achieve targets. You will have excellent communication skills, be results driven, commercially astute, organised and proactive. You will have success in developing business relationships and experience with Convenience and Wholesale customers.
