The National Account Manager (Food/Ecommerce) role is responsible for driving success across with both Ocado and Amazon accounts.

My client is Market leading food business who have an impressive portfolio of brands across multiple categories. With the ever changing market place and with the impact of online retailers such as Amazon and Ocado my client is keen to ensure they capitlise on this opportunity and as a result are looking for a commercialy minded National Account Manager (Food/Ecommerce) to manage and grow their online presence across the Amazon and Ocado accounts.
Description
The National Account Manager (Food/Ecommerce) will have full P&L Responsibility for the accounts with responsibility to grow the Etail channel.
Customer Management
- Agree & activate head office customer JBPs that are built and tailored to the customers strategy
- Build and maintain customer relationships and wiring strategy (across all cross functional teams)
Promotions and Events
- Build, agree and activate promotional & execution plans that are tailored to the online shop
Ranging, Innovation & Pricing
- Build compelling sells that enable us to unlock and agree new listings including pricing & margin management within agreed criteria
- Champion pack formats and products for the online shopper
Accessibility
- Work cross functionally to deliver revenue driving projects in conjunction with the customer e.g. taxonomy changes
Utilise the tools available to generate insight and analysis to help inform future plans and decisions.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working on online accounts or alternatively have experience working with the major FMCG multiples coupled with a desire to develop their knowledge of the ecommerce channels. You will be collaborative in your approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will be working alongside all other brands and business units and will have excellent networking skills.
