Restaurants who is seeking a Beer Buyer to join their dynamic and expanding team in Bedfordshire to have responsibility for the dynamic drinks category

The successful beer buyer must have demonstrable experience of the category buying within beer or an associated category and must have a genuine passion for customers. Your responsibilities as the buyer will be to source great product, all cost price negotiation and supplier management. You will deliver key input into the marketing programme whilst delivering the targeted margin, override and profit targets.

Skills: hands on beer buying experience is essential, strong negotiation skills, passion for the customer, excellent communicator, you will thrive in a fast paced yet relaxed environment.
