Job Details
Aspion are working alongside a London based, independent tea collective, where tea is more than just a drink, they have an extensive portfolio from tea-based cocktails to tea-infused recipes. Our client has set out a clear mission to break down the barriers to speciality tea, working closely with traditional grocers to good old fashioned pubs our client is set out to upgrade the nations tipple on cup at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- New business development in existing and white space channels.
- 40% Account management 60% new business
- Account management of existing business within your out of home (OOH) channels
- Build customer relationships to grow our existing business and develop new opportunities
- Building commercial proposals multi-site and national listings
- Demand-forecasting, work closely with Supply Chain to avoid out of stocks
- Manage brand activation with customers & consumers
The Ideal Candidate:
- Growth mindset, with a bias for action and results
- Strong computer literacy - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- FMCG sales experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
Salary for this role is paying £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, OTE £38,000
Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday – working hours can be flexible
