Job Details
Pukka Pies are looking for an experienced Foodservice Account Manager to join their team. They are particularly interested in speaking to candidates who have great relationships with either Event Groups (stadia, concert venues, theme parks etc.) or Bakery Wholesalers e.g. Walker Humphrey, Bako etc.
The Business
Pukka Pies are renowned for their hearty, warming pies. They are now looking to gain further market coverage in the Foodservice sector, away from their traditional customer base. This is an exciting moment for the company as they move with a changing tide in this sector.
The Role
The role of National Account Manager will involve taking ownership of developing new relationships with Foodservice customers, whilst also developing already established relationships to continue the growth of the business. This opportunity has real potential to grow into a much bigger role with options for future man management if accounts are grown at an expected rate
The Individual
The successful candidate will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Branded experience
- Food experience (ideally in frozen or chilled)
- A numerate brain who can analyse data effectively
- A good influencer
- At least 5 years’ experience with key Foodservice customers as well as exposure to end users. You will need to have existing relationships with Event Groups (stadia, concert venues, theme parks etc.) or Bakery Wholesalers e.g. Walker Humphrey, Bako etc.
