Business Development Manager - Professional Services
Proven New Business Sales Professionals sought - for an exciting new division in an established Professional Services operator
The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will have responsibility for the acquisition of new sales opportunities - selling a range of employee relations services, including employment law, human resources, and health & safety. You'll spend time both in the office in South Manchester, and out visiting clients face to face - with a view to passing the service contract to an Account Manager after the partnership agreement with clients is made.
The Person: This is a start-up division, therefore will not suit everyone. You'll need to have an entrepreneurial spirit, a huge amount of energy and desire, and the ambition for a steep upward curve in earning and career development. Business to Business sales experience is a minimum requirement.
- Basic: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on sales experience)
- Bonus: £15,000 year 1 realistic (year 2 double your basic salary with bonus)
- Car Allowance: £5,000 pa
- Benefits: laptop, mobile, 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), pension
