Your New Role
Being a Regional Account Executive, you will be looking after a specific region within London and you will be tasked with developing sales opportunities by bringing on new business accounts throughout your region. Selling the company products, you will utilise the knowledge you are taught and this role will be based in the Foodservice team. Communicating with local distributors and national depots within your region, you will demonstrate your capabilities by helping with the NPD and making sure all sales targets are met.
Coinciding with this, meeting with your distributors and wholesalers more regularly in order to make sure all budgets are followed and the necessary volumes are agreed. This would be done through monthly reviews and really mastering your market. Reporting into your Regional Manager and the National Sales Controller, you will be helped with your approach and be monitored in your progress as a Regional Account Executive.
What you need to possess
A vibrant and energetic person, it is key you are a confident sales individual who is willing to learn and progress through the company. You will be joining a high performing team so your work ethic has to match this high performance. A results orientated business, you will be judged on your performance so it is key you are a doer and it is your passion to succeed in what you do. Coming from a sales background is essential and it is ideal that you come from an FMCG background. It is imperative that you live within the East London region as it is key for you to be able to cover the region you are located in with ease.
