The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be responsible for a mix of managing existing accounts and generating new business across the South East and London area. Based predominately in the field, the successful candidate will need to work 1 day a week in their London office. Making 12 calls a week, you will be conversing with recruitment agencies and their associated contacts in a bid to win business. To be successful in this role you must have a big personality, this role involves lots of client entertaining!

The Company: Our client specialises in payroll and umbrella services, assisting in the business services and solutions for recruitment companies. Established over 25 years ago, they are already making an annual turnover of £275 million. Due to this success, our client is now looking for two Business Development Manager's to service the South East and London area. This role could progress into key account management with £80K OTE!

For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • B2B sales experience (ideally field based)
  • Personable and credible individual
  • Driving license
  • Within 1-hour commute of Central London
