Are you looking for a new opportunity in 2019?  A National Account Manager position which will see you fast tracked to the No2 to the Sales Director if you’re all about delivery of those sales numbers and customer relationships?  It’s not one to be missed and it’s not a company which slips under the radar either so if you’re up for a new challenge then read on to find out more!

 

Based in central London this FMCG ‘foodie’ Brand is entering the third phase of their journey.  Now a multimillion-pound turnover operation and bosting double digit YOY growth, they’re now embarking on a challenge to enter the wider Health Food and Drink space broadening their appeal.  Whether you’re eating it, drinking it or wearing it, these guys want to be a part of it!

 

Now… this FMCG Brand won’t be for everyone.  If you’re shy and retiring, it won’t work.  If you prefer to sit at the back and keep yourself to yourself, also won’t work.  You need to have a voice, bring your personality to the table and be unafraid of bold moves!  This position can be as big or small as you need it to be.  That’s how flexible these guys are!  It’s more about finding the right person that is more important to them.  This isn’t an experience ticking exercise, more of a process which if you have the right FMCG sales grounding and you have the behavioural traits that fit… you’re in! 

 

So… National Account Manager at said FMCG Brand is as you would expect.  JBP negotiation, P&L management, pricing, margin and trend analysis to achieve a common goal; growth.  For both you and the customer.  You will be working with the Top 6 grocery Retailers in this NAM position (accounts to be determined depending on your experience) and able to work with likeminded hungry, ambitious and passionate people.

To be successful in your application, we’re looking for the following:

  • FMCG sales experience with national accounts
  • Capability to analyse the numbers and build a selling story - numerical
  • Creativity to think differently and bring your personality to the table
  • Ambition to take your career to the next level, excited about working in a young, fun loving environment
  • Drive!  You’re a self-starter whose biggest fear is failure and will push to get the results!
  • People skills; you’ll be an excellent communicator and able to demonstrate natural influencing ability
