Demand Planning Manager

ROLE: They need a positive and ambitious Demand Planning Manager to own the forecasting process and deliver SKU based volume forecasts. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the sales, finance and distribution teams and work with manufacturing sites to support long term plans. You will lead a small team and importantly ensure that objectives are set and achieved. You will lead monthly strategy and planning meetings and ensure new product launches are effectively executed.  

PERSON: You are bright and ambitious with a structured approach and experience in a similar Demand Planning environment. You are highly organised and can meet deadlines often under pressure. You are known for your commitment and drive and your ability to forge strong business relationships. You thrive in busy and complex environments and really enjoy working closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and improve business processes. You are looking for a new challenge and an environment which will give you autonomy, scope and opportunities for progression.
