Due to some exciting new business wins and continued growth we are looking for National Account Managers to join our team.

We have 4 manufacturing sites all near to Chichester in Beautiful West Sussex. Our offices are bright, modern and open plan which maximises cross functional working and team camaraderie.
We are one of the largest employers in the area, employing more than 1,200 talented individuals and we are growing!
We offer flexible working with a general requirement of 2-3 days in the office per week and the rest of the time would be home / customer based. An accommodation allowance supports staff that stay away from home if its not possible to commute.

A day in the life of a National Account Manager:
You will be working closely with a high-profile major supermarket Retailer, ensuring that we continuously deliver the high standards that we promise.
We make delicious salad meals, coleslaw, potato salad, bagged salads and leafy salad bowls. Our products are stocked by leading Retail supermarkets & restaurant chains and consumed by millions of customers in the UK, so you may well have eaten something made by us!
You will have P&L responsibility and there is plenty of opportunity for growth and an opportunity to make your mark with the support and backing of an Account Controller.
You will also work cross-functionally with different areas of the business including Category, NPD, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
You will join our ambitious sales team of 14 talented individuals. The team is very professional, and they all pull together to deliver the high service levels that delight our customers.
Although we make delicious healthy salad products, there is a general love of food in the team whether its having dinner out together or sneaking something delicious into the office!

You'll have full support from your Account Controller and all departments to help you learn our business, so you can be sure to make an impact quickly.
There's plenty of training opportunities and you will be able to undertake internal and external training courses to build your skillset from soft skills to professional sales negotiation training.
