My client is a UK manufacturer of a wide range of Home, Garden and Baby products. Specialising in Plastic products, the business is a leading supplier of watering cans, storage boxes, baby baths to large retailers across the UK and Internationally. All product development is carried out in-house and bespoke, own label products as well as branded products are produced for their customers in the UK.
Due to growth, my client would like to recruit a National Account Manager to their team. As National Account Manager, you will inherit a portfolio of large turnover retail accounts. Likely accounts to inherit would include B&Q, Argos, B&M and The Range however they may change depending on the successful candidates experience and contacts. You will be expected to grow the turnover of the existing business accounts along with prospecting for new business.
The ideal candidate will already be a proven National Account Manager with strong experience of either, Garden, Home, Baby or DIY products. Other closely related consumer goods product experience would be considered. In return, the business can offer a competitive salary and a very good commission scheme along with other benefits. The role is Home based with one day a week in the office in the Midlands.
