The role as National Account Manager will drive business opportunities within a field based position covering the UK. Our client are a market leader looking to add the right talent into their team in these newly created positions.

Client Details

Our client are a leader within the Health, Nutritional Food & Supplement market. Through an array of diverse products across a range of market leading brands, they have achieved double-digit growth across the Grocery, Wholesale & Independant channels catering for ever-changing consumer needs in an high-growth industry sector.


The role as National Account Manager will be responsible for the following roles;
  • Drive new opportunities across the Grocery, Retail & Convenience channels (dependant on experience)
  • Become the face of the business in this area
  • Manage the full sales process from introduction through to negotiation & closing deals
  • Build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to maximise service delivery
  • Work across branded & own-label products, flexible across categories


The successful National Account Manager will have the following profile;
  • FMCG Sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years field sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the health food and/or supplements marketplace
  • National Account/Business Development experience
  • Experience working across the Retail or Grocery channels
  • Ability to work dynamically in a high-growth business
  • Experience with either Tesco, Waitrose or Co-op would be an advantage
  • Commutable to the West Midlands once a week
