The Company: This Start-Up company was established in 2018, and early success has enabled them to achieve significant growth in their 9 months of trading - together with a company acquisition, giving them a revenue in excess of £1m. The potential for expansion and growth is at this stage unlimited, and a huge opportunity exists for those part of the early years in the company.

The Role:
As New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and security new business deals - and then managing the accounts ongoing. You'll be targeting small businesses, selling the outsourced multi-channel contact centre services - including telephone answering, web chat, video chat, e-mail response, social media management etc. This is a field sales position, and you'd be expected to be in the office in Manchester when not out meeting clients.

The Person: You'll have a business to business sales background, and be comfortable with new business acquisition - and working for a start-up business with limited current account base. It is essential that you can build rapport with different types of people and use a consultative sales approach.

The Package:
up to £35,000 basic salary
