We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Executive to join our business. The role will be working with our client Britvic Soft Drinks and based in their technical/equipment head office in Tamworth. Responsible for some of the UKs most loved and recognisable soft drink brands this is a unique opportunity to work directly within one of their offices and network directly with all levels of their on-site personnel.

Employed by REACH you will be joining our high-performing team with responsibility for supporting our field team in the following key areas; Lead generation, Install/technical support, POS/merchandise support.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and forward thinking business that firmly believes in investing in talent, and offers real opportunities for development and career progression. The right candidates will be bright, articulate and motivated to exceed targets.

Ideally you will have experience within a sales, FMCG or a licensed background, although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must hold a full driving licence. There may be occasional travel in this role and the need for rare, fully expensed, overnight stays.

Role Responsibilities:

  • -Lead generation via:
    • Britvic’s new business team
    • Email/mail out campaigns
    • Seasonal Phone campaigns
  • -Install support
    • Ownership of our weekly install report updates
    • Query support/field liaison
    • Innserve contact/reports
  • -POS/Merchandise support
    • POS Ordering for field team
    • Ownership of Glassware orders/process
    • Ownership of sample orders/process

Role Requirements: (role dependant include anything required but not already mentioned)

  • -Very good level of Excel
  • -Excellent communication skills
  • -Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • -Good Organisational skills
