SALES REPRESENTATIVE -SOUTH OF ENGLAND

Thomas B. Ramsden & Co (Bradford) Ltd is a long-established handknitting yarn and crafts supplier. Our brand names include “Wendy”, “Robin”, “Peter Pan”, “Twilleys of Stamford” and “Erika Knight”. We have a vacancy for an experienced full-time area representative to cover the South of England and be responsible for maintaining and servicing existing accounts whilst developing new outlets within the territory.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter, able to work with the minimum amount of supervision with proven knitting and craft industry experience. The role demands a great deal of face to face customer contact therefore good communication skills are essential as is a pleasant manner and an ability to converse at all levels of business. Internet access and a good level of IT experience will be necessary for daily contact with head office to ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained.

The successful candidate can expect an excellent remuneration package with a generous commission structure, company car and a stakeholder pension scheme.
