Introduction: 

Excellent Supervisor needed. We’re looking for a proven Supervisor who has experience working within Hair care or Beauty stores.

 If you are looking for an excellent work/life balance, this role is for you. As this is something that my client as a Company value. Closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am - 5.00pm, with late opening until 8pm on Monday and Thursday only and Sunday 10.00am – 1.00pm on a Rota basis.

Previous knowledge of the hair and beauty industry would be an advantage, but more important is an interest and aspiration to develop sales of our products.

Role and responsibilities:

We need an outstanding Supervisor with strong retail, or similar management experience, to join our team at Hayes.

Reporting to the Store Manager you will use your skills and experience to assist in the overall running of the store by maximising sales and profitability, supervising, motivating, delegating and prioritising tasks effectively and in the Manager’s absence taking responsibility for cash and store security.

In addition you will assist the manager in all aspects of stock management and the management of a team of 6 key staff, helping them deliver on the Company vision ‘”every customer will recommend us”. You need to have a driving License for this role.

 

 

What is expected from you?

To act as Manager when manager is not present with other Supervisor - Consistent Team management. Good admin /operation & sales. To be flexible when required. Proven track record in stock management and managing a small team. To be flexible and adaptable. Proven leader with evidence of past KPI success
